3 Easy Ramadan 🌙 Desserts

Apple cobbler, No chocolate Chocolate Cake and Bulletproof Coffee … These three desserts are my ultimate favorites during the fasting month.

Super easy, super delicious : you won’t regret trying them.

APPLE COBBLER

For 5 persons: Start by stirring together 3 chopped apples, half cup of sugar, 1 tablespoon vanilla, 1 tbs lemon juice, 2 tbs of butter, a pinch of salt and finally 1tbs of cinnamon then cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes.

After that and in another bowl mix 3 cups of flour, pinch of salt and 1 cup of melted butter and half cup of powdery sugar stir them until combined

Bake it until the edges are browned and the filling is bubbly.

It is best served with vanilla ice cream and some caramel sauce!

Chocolate cake with no chocolate

We’re using as key ingredient chocolate pudding (Danette works best), and what makes it easy is that we’re going to use its pot for measurements;

Thus, we need:

  • 2 and a half pots of flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pot of Danette or any chocolate pudding available
  • 1pot sugar
  • 1 pot oil
  • 1 pot milk
  • 1 tbs baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 pot cacao ( if not available, you can use half a pot of nescafé and fill the other half with powdered milk chocolate)

Start with mixing the eggs, sugar, oil, milk and salt one by one, add flour and baking powder and finally the danette pot.

Bake in a preheated oven for 25minute, 180 degree.

let it cool a bit and last but not least

To make it moist and spongy:

Mix 1pot and a half of milk with half a pot of Nescafé and half a pot of condensed milk then pour it on top of the cake. This hack is the secret behind the whole recipe.

Let it rest for at least 4hours in the fridge before serving.

As for topping you can use two pots of Danette. Super easy right? yummy yummy! Thank me later!

Bulletproof Coffee

Also known as keto coffee, this drink will get you energized.

Don’t be surprised with the ingredient but we’re using 1-2 tablespoons of unsalted butter to our cup of coffee blend until frothy and smooth.
