5 Am Morning Routine Secrets

Not everyone who gets up at 5am is a CEO or a billionaire owning a company with employees to look after. Waking up early is a part of self-development and self-love. Either a student, an employee, a mother or a housewife .. having extra time for yourself every morning, where you can work on yourself for yourself should be a priority.

 

Waking up early has changed my life, litteraly. And it’s not because a book that i’ve read or because of the successful people’s morning-routine videos trending on youtube. I enjoy actually both, but since I was younger waking up to pray Fajr on time was my main goal.

If you’re not familiar with Fajr prayer or ‘down prayer’ (Arabic: صلاة الفجر‎ ) It is one of the 5 mandatory prayers for muslims.

Fajr prayer is mandatory in Islam for so many reasons. The early morning sets miraculous energy for the day. Imagine beginning every single day in the best possible way: in prayer and meditation.

How can I actually get to wake up early?

  1. You snooze, you loose

The second you hear your alarm goes off, jump off your bed. Because if not and you hit the snooze button, as many people do, you do program your subconscious mind with the thought that it is okay to not follow through with the things you were willing to do.

2. Go to bed early

Make sure you go to bed early and avoid using your phone to get a good quality sleep. It is proven scientifically that lack of sleep can be dangerous: being one of the main contributors to a burnout and heart strokes..
